Folk Art Painting 6Th Plt DaguerreotypeThis is a 6th plate daguerreotype of a folk art portrait painting of a lady. It is in a half case without the lid. The lady is wearing a bonnet and perhaps a dark cloak. You can see part of the painting frame along the left edge of the dag. The image is nice and clear has a few small spots adn just a little tarnish around the edges inside the oval brass matt. The small dark spot on the right cheek is actually in the image and must have been in the painting. The case measures about 3 5/8 x 3 1/8 inches. Sorry no pickups. Winner pays $5.45 shipping for u.
